take a good care of yourself okey?? =.=

cik c0m0t just wanted to share several ways to stay healthy..in case, ramai  kawan2 
cik c0mot yang tak cihat .. lesu dan tidak bermaya..termasuklah cik c0m0t jugak huhuhuhu


  • Putting yourself first sometimes- self timer
  • Enforcing healthy boundaries between yourself and others- just a simple way, smile always okey?:)
  • Taking the time to nourish your soul--reciting ALQURAN & doing what you love ^_~
  • Taking the time to nourish your body--with healthy foods-drink more plain water...cannot ais batu laaa.... do not eat chicken/fastfood too much..not good bak kata kaknik..makanan cepat MATI huhuhuhu 
  • Taking the time for relaxation techniques to reduce stress- loughing/spa hehehehe *_^ hmmm..zikir is the best..manfaatkan alat mudah alih zikir yang kak sally kasi tu ye?? hehehe:)
  • Taking the time to exercise- walking/jogging_naik turun tangga cekolah pun okey jugak...:) btw, perform more solat is the best ever exercise! :)
  • Loving yourself enough to address self-destructive habits.. hehehe:)
